I will be conveying my thoughts as I read the book Digital Transformation written by Mr Siebel. You can find the first part below.

In the first part of the book, there is an important part that actually draws my attention, it conveys in detail the views on the Theory of Evolution and its new consideration in the world of science. It transmits mass extinctions. What each mass extinction brings about a beginning, he calls it the intermittent equilibrium. He talks about the historical development of industrial fields, economics and telecommunications. So here, as evolutionary downtime, DXi is characterizing digital transformation. DX will bring a big cut. Mr Siebel examines what will make the difference between continuing to exist in this great interruption and eventually disappearing. These will be rapid innovation, rapid self-improvement initiatives that must be maintained very decisively.

DX, Cloud computing, big data, IOT, AI intersection as a definition comes across in many areas.

There is a point where the authot details very well, maybe it is important for all institutions and organizations. With the investment in technology, DX is not the same thing.

With digitalization and the Internet, the processes have been very modernized. With digitalization today, we can do all our transactions without going to the bank, we can do our holiday organization online without going to tourism offices, this…
